Unfortunately, most of us dedicated rugby player/fans can’t attent the RWC ’11. Perhaps a continual update of TV coverage for each match or links to get feeds for each match all located in this forum would go a long way to give us a little scrap in our unquenchable need for the game. Obviously, the best thing in the world would be for us to be able to watch EVERY USA match, up to and including winning the world cup. I mean come on, how can we ever hope to spread the love of the game if it is kept out of sight. Get a sponsor that will send live feeds of matches and I promise you we will buy their product (if legal).
    Thanks.
    Keep up the great work!

Daniel, Thank you for your response and we are sorry you couldn’t make it to the RWC this year. Luckly, Universal Sports will be featuring all of the USA games on there website as well as Universal Sports HD on Direct tv. On top of that, NBC is showing their first match on Sept. 11 against Ireland. We will be featuring updates, pics, and posting the TV schedule prior to each match on this blog. Here is the schedule:
      Sept. 11, 2011 2 a.m. ET Ireland vs. USA,
      Sept. 15, 2011 3:30 a.m. ET Russia vs. USA
      Sept. 23, 2011 4:30 a.m. ET Australia vs. USA
      Sept. 27, 2011 2:30 a.m. ET Italy vs. USA

Don’t forget to watch their final Test match against Japan on Aug. 21st at 6 am ET. universalsports.com/rugby
Thanks again for checking out usrugbynz.com and look out for exclusive interviews and pictures from the players soon.

      • Those who can get Universal Sports over the air or on DirecTV will be set. Those of us who have neither option (I have Dish Network) can only watch 3 of the 4 USA matches via a 24 hour day on UniversalSports.com for a very steep price. Universal Sports is charging $125 (if you order before Sept 1..$149 after that) or roughly $25 per game. So, in order to watch just the USA matches, some of us will be paying $75 to watch the Eagles…ON DELAY.

Universal Sports missed the boat here. I will be watching the matches ILLEGALLY and don’t care who knows about it.

        GO EAGLES!!!

    I agree with Daniel,

  3. Mike says:

I leave for New Zealand today and will be there for the US vs Ireland and US vs Russia matches. Go Eagles!

  4. Enthralled says:

Can’t u guys access the Rugbyworldcup official site and watch from there? it’s delayed by a day and so for the US though but at least it’s free?
